Many women never talk to their friends or partners about menopause. Many women feel alone and confused and do not where to turn. Even doctors are not always helpful. Hormonally, menopause can be an even bigger transition than puberty and can last MUCH longer. Today is World Menopause Day and one of the most important things we can do to honor this phase of life is to talk, share and be open with each other.
