How to Use

Each individual package of Hello Again products contains ten vaginal suppositories. A dosage is one suppository. Every woman’s body is different, however, and you may use less or more as needed.

Wash your hands.
Open the package of the individual suppository by peeling the tabs like a banana.
Insert the suppository with your index finger well into your vagina.

We are all different shapes and sizes. You may want to rest or lay down for 10 to 15 minutes. Some women like to use a panty liner in case of leakage. Watch our video to learn more.
